New Signs at Maple Creek
I replaced the two old wooden carved signs.

neon letter was used because the old signs had no power supply
I built the metal signs, had them powder coated, the sign company installed the letters.
I delivered and placed the signs in concrete, with temporary framing required to allow the cement to cure. -
Hidden Hills Farm, Langley
Hidden Hills Farm is a new horse, boarding business. The barn had not been renovated or upgraded for more than 20 years.

Kitchen Ceiling Water Damage Repair
The textured ceiling was smoothed and potlights were added to upgrade the kitchen lighting.
Upstairs, en suite bathtub, leaked, causing damage in the kitchen ceiling

Drafty French Door Replaced
I replaced a drafty French door with a new 42 inch wide entrance door.

Garden Shed to Match the Home
The shed was built to maximum size to avoid building permit. A leftover window from the house build 10 years earlier was used in the new garden shed. The completed garden shed featured fir woodwork and metal walls to match a westcoast modern design home.

Warehouse Addition
I added a second level and staircase to The Flag Outlet in Coquitlam
warehouse addition
The Flag Outlet in Coquitlam purchased the adjoining warehouse unit twenty years later to double the size of their company.
I added a staircase and mezannine over new offices and four fire doors were added to join the two sides.

Townhouse Top Level Renovation
A three-story townhouse had an open office converted to a fourth bedroom. The daughter returning from university, needed a private bedroom within the home.
